Following is a message from Gage Stromberg, President of the Coeur d'Alene Brewing Company:
"I am sorry to announce that we have canceled the Tour of Pain for 2008. Registration checks or forms will be mailed back immediately. Despite a lot of good feedback from the first event and general interest this year, we did not have enough registered participants to make the event a success.
We will carefully weigh our options for holding this event in 2009 and would be interested in any feedback on our specific ride or the idea of a 200-mile ride in our region. Please send comments to gstromberg[at]cdabrewing.com."
We have lots of other great events coming this summer, and of course we have great food and beer every day. Please join us at one of our locations in Coeur d'Alene, Spokane or Moscow.

There
is so much to appreciate in a classic wooden boat. The sleek, carefully
crafted contour of the hull, the cut of its wake through the crystal smooth
morning calm needs no explanation. It takes a special hand and a well-crafted
touch to create such a vessel.
That's
how we feel about our beer, brewed on the shores of beautiful Lake Coeur
d'Alene --
well-crafted classics that span the taste of time.
Welcome
Aboard! There's nothing like a day at the lake.
